And the grapes were allowed to remain on the skins for exactly <strong>24 hours<\/strong> to develop even more aroma and expression through targeted skin contact.<br \/>\n<strong>20<\/strong> \u2013 Lucas\u2019s age. And the wine took exactly <strong>20 days<\/strong> for its cool fermentation to perfectly preserve freshness and aromatics. <\/p>\n<p>The result: an expressive Sauvignon Blanc with energy, depth and an impressive range of aromas. The signature is young, bold and full of character. <\/p>\n<p>A true masterclass.
