That is why, especially with our premium line, we focus on strict yield reduction, healthy grapes, a late harvest, selective harvesting of the grapes by hand, gentle processing in the cellar, slow and cool fermentation, and long yeast storage.
This wine is full-bodied and has a lasting flavor, with a fine, fruity bouquet of quince and a hint of lemon balm.
Its fullness and strength, paired with balanced acidity, make it a pleasure to drink with hearty dishes.
