The approach during pressing and aging of our wines is designed to authentically bring the variety of aromas of the fully ripe grapes into your glass.
The white wine grapes are gently pressed and the clear must is slowly and coolly fermented in stainless steel tanks. This allows the fruity aromas of the different grape varieties to fully develop.
We ferment the red grapes according to the traditional method on the mash, i.e. with the berry skins. This gives our wines warmth and fullness.

POWERFUL AND EXPRESSIVE
EDITION MC
Our upscale Edition MC wines are expressive, dense and multifaceted. Inspired by his skill and creativity, these wines bear the initials of Marcus Clauß.
The wines of Edition MC are concentrated in their quality and characterized by a great deal of manual work, special care, reduced yield, as well as by soil and origin.
The red wines mature for several months in small oak barrels. They are not bottled until September of the year following the harvest.

PREMIUM WINES
FIRST CLAUSS
The top among the white wines is our First Clauß Riesling & First Clauß Pinot Gris. These wines are given special attention and rest. They come from our best sites, are strongly reduced in yield, harvested late, fermented coolly over weeks and stored long on the lees. They are white wines with power and aging potential, which show what potential lies in our vines.
If one of the operations managers comes from Württemberg, the Lemberger should not be missing in a Rheinhessen winery. The goal was not to produce just any red wine, but one in absolute perfection, a First Clauß. Strongly reduced in yield, selective harvesting of the fully ripe, aromatic wine berries, traditional mash fermentation and storage for over a year in small oak barrels. A powerful wine with a complex structure and aging potential.

NOBLE AND SWEET
DESSERT WINES
Quality begins in the vine. Short fruit canes, reduction of the grapes, defoliation of the vines, long ripening on the vine, fully ripe and aromatic berries are the secret of our noble sweet wines.
These wines present themselves in the glass in golden yellow. When the glass is swirled, intense, opulent scents stream into the nose. On the palate, these wines show their full power. The tongue is caressed by intense fruit, a pleasant berry acidity and the noble sweetness.

WITHOUT ALCOHOL – WITH LOTS OF TASTE
NON-ALCOHOLIC
PURE ENJOYMENT and all without alcohol. 100% from fresh, pure grape juice, with valuable ingredients, minerals and vitamins. Pleasant and fresh-fruity on the tongue, not too sweet. The grape juice secco is the perfect non-alcoholic alternative for toasting and celebrating. Not only among the little connoisseurs has it found its place as a non-alcoholic alternative at all festivities.
According to the well-known quality rule “The better the wine, the better the vinegar”, we produce pure organic wine vinegar and organic balsamic vinegar. These fine drops are appreciated to refine salads, sauces, marinades, pâtés, sourdough or seafood. The manufacturing processes are complex, but it is worth it. The difference to conventional vinegars is clearly to taste and lies on the tongue.
