Our Silvaner Ortswein from Laubenheim impressively reflects the typical characteristics of our region. In the glass, it presents itself in a light straw yellow. The nose is clear and fine with multi-layered aromas.

On the palate, this wine presents itself dry, straightforward and elegant with a beautiful fullness of flavor reminiscent of pear and subtle stone fruit. Aging on the fine lees gives it length and smoothness without masking the typical characteristics of the grape variety.

Food pairing: an ideal accompaniment to regional cuisine, light fish and poultry dishes, asparagus dishes, fresh vegetables, as well as vegetarian dishes with herbs. Also an elegant pleasure on its own.
