The German answer to “Champagne.”
A hand-riddled sparkling wine made from selected Burgundy varieties. It was allowed to mature in the bottle for over 10 months.
The white and grey Burgundy grapes are harvested at the perfect time of ripeness. The white Burgundy ferments chilled and slowly in stainless steel tanks to bring out the fine aromas to their full potential. The grey Burgundy ferments in small, used oak barrels so that its powerful, “creamy-round” character is even more pronounced.
The aroma of the sparkling wine is subtly fruity, with a nutty aroma.
The delicate melt is seductive, graceful, elegant and very balanced.
The traditional bottle fermentation produces a fine mousseux.
