Following the simple quality rule: “The better the wine, the better the vinegar,” we have pure organic wine vinegar made from one of our Silvaner wines. This fine vinegar is ideal for refining salads, sauces, marinades, pâtés, sourdough, or seafood. The manufacturing process is complex, but it is worth it; the difference to mass-produced goods is clearly palpable. The uses are vast: in salad, the wine vinegar unlocks the aroma of the lettuce leaves and herbs.
In vegetables, it preserves the vitamins and activates the fiber, making it more digestible. The organic wine vinegar gives the meat a spicy, piquant flavor and makes it tender.
