The Blaue Silvaner is the original form of Silvaner. The reddish grapes produce a white wine with golden reflections. The grapes ripen for a long time on the vine to fully develop the aromas of their berries.
The aroma of the Blaue Silvaner is reminiscent of yellow plum. Compared to its relative, the Grüner Silvaner, it is fruitier, more complex and richer in extract.
Let yourself be surprised, convinced and fascinated by this elegant “exotic”. There are only 15 hectares of vineyards of this variety in Germany.
We cultivate almost one hectare of it.
