Masterclass 24/20 – Sauvignon Blanc dry

In many ways, this wine is a true first:
the first yield from young vines and, at the same time, the first wine our two apprentices in their 3rd year of training have overseen and created oenologically.

The numbers are no coincidence:
24 – that’s Philipp’s age. And the grapes were allowed to remain on the skins for exactly 24 hours to develop even more aroma and expression through targeted skin contact.
20 – Lucas’s age. And the wine took exactly 20 days for its cool fermentation to perfectly preserve freshness and aromatics.

The result: an expressive Sauvignon Blanc with energy, depth and an impressive range of aromas. The signature is young, bold and full of character.

A true masterclass. And definitely more than just an exercise.
