Riesling is the most widely planted variety in Germany and is often referred to as the queen of white wines.
The Riesling vine has high demands on soil, climate and the skill of the winemaker; if all 3 factors are right, it develops into a top wine.
After harvesting, the must was fermented slowly and cool. The wine shows delicate fruity aromas reminiscent of peach, mirabelle plum with a hint of gooseberry. Its lively character is beautifully rounded and harmoniously integrated by its not completely dry character.
